McGill University was the first to establish a medical school in Canada. In all, its five-year medical education program includes nearly 900 students. The 7 project and exchange committees currently exist at McGill University. During the early years of IFMSA-Quebec, McGill students were less active, as the student clubs were already numerous and varied. Recently, however, McGill seems to have reconnected with IFMSA-Quebec and merged some of its already existing groups into IFMSA-Quebec committees. In 2010 alone, IFMSA-Quebec members at McGill completely renewed the English version of the Sexperts program, organized the conference day on HIV / AIDS, hosted the Global Health Symposium, created a NOH8 photo campaign for the international day against homophobia, increased their participation in other peer education programs such as Osmosis, etc.
