GA day 3

After a few days of crisis management and problem solving we are back to more or less regular business, although things are still quite different than a regular GA given that we now have to catch up on a few days of wasted time. Hopefully, the great resource expenditure that was required to have this GA continue will be worthwhile and pertinent things will be accomplished.
