Day 3: the contract fair

Today was a big day because it was the day we signed our internship contracts. Here’s the process: we sign contracts with the countries we want to visit, and these contracts allow us to send one student and bind us to receive one in Quebec. The contracts were signed no problem, with many new countries and opportunities for our students. The fair, however, is more than signing contracts. It’s a time where everyone dresses up to represent their countries, bring sweets or souvenirs from home and talk about their homes. It’s such a special experience to go around and talk to people from over 80 countries! Even our delegates who weren’t a part of the exchange programs had a good time going around and helping us sign our contracts. At the end of the day, all contracts were signed, and we are looking forward to next year’s exchange program.
